9th Annual Warhol/Rusyn Festival in Pittsburgh

The N.J. Chapter is planning a summer trek to Pittsburgh in celebration
of the 9th annual Warhol/Rusyn Festival. The NJ Chapter is offering
a three day/two night package. The Events package is priced at $85/children $50.
The Hotel package is priced at $125 for 1 person/2 nights/double accommodation
and is optional for those requiring room accommodations.

Both packages include:
* Roundtrip transportation to Pittsburgh (Van transportation)
* Admissions and transportation to the Warhol Museum
* Saturday Evening Rusyn Dinner Party
* Transportation to Sunday morning church service is available.
* Tour of Rusyn Pittsburgh
* Breakfast is included in the Hotel charge
* Sunday lunch at St Michael's Orthodox Church
*2 nights at the Parador Bed and Breakfast, 1870's Victorian Mansion.

Program Schedule:

Friday 28 July
10:00 AM departure from the Wayne Public Library parking lot in Wayne, N.J.
Arrangements can be made for pick-up along the route of travel for convenience.
7/8:00 PM Arrival and hotel check-in the Parador, 1870's Victorian Mansion, Bed & Breakfast (North side Pittsburgh- Three
blocks from the Warhol Museum and one block to the Saturday dinner
party. Spacious rooms and comfortable outdoor courtyard)
The $125 is for 1 person/2 nights/double accommodation.


Saturday 29 July
12/4:00 PM 9th annual Carpatho-Rusyn Events at the Warhol Museum.
The celebration will offer Rusyn song, dance, arts and crafts, discussions,
and film and much more.
Museum cafeteria will offer specially prepared Rusyn lunches.

6:00 PM Rusyn Dinner Party. Join with the Pittsburgh/Cleveland/Youngstown
Chapters in a dinner celebration filled with song and dance by Rusyn artists.

Sunday 30 July
9:00 AM Transportation is available for church services at Holy Ghost Byzantine
Catholic Church of McKees Rocks or St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church
of McKees Rocks.

12/3:00 PM Tour of Rusyn Pittsburgh which includes:
* a visit to Andy Warhol's boyhood home
* a visit to St John's Byzantine Catholic Church in 'Russka Dolina'
* a visit to C-RS Cultural Center in Munhall
* a lunch at St Michael Orthodox Church in Rankin

10:00 PM Scheduled Arrival in Wayne, N.J.

There is limited seating. Make your reservations soonest. First come first
serve basis.
